Our founder, Sasha Flores, LCSW, is an experienced mental health professional who provides compassionate care to clients struggling with a variety of issues such as trauma, grief, OCD, worry and mood swings. Sasha's passion for helping others stems from her family's military background and her service in the U.S. Army. She has also worked in hospice care, the criminal justice system, the public school system, and with children and families. Sasha strives to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for her clients to feel heard and supported on their mental health journey.
